Clothing Size Guide
The following chart is a general reference only. If a product has its own size chart, the product-specific chart should always be followed.

How to Measure
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust while keeping the measuring tape comfortably level.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the measuring tape too tightly.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while keeping the tape level.
Inseam
Measure from the upper inside leg down to the desired trouser length.
For best results, use a flexible measuring tape and compare your measurements with the chart provided for the specific product.
Footwear Size Guide
Footwear sizing can vary considerably between brands and manufacturers.
If footwear is available on KRISHNEXA, please refer to the size chart displayed on that particular product page.
Where applicable, measure your foot from the back of the heel to the tip of the longest toe and compare the measurement with the product-specific chart.
Do not rely solely on your usual shoe size when the product provides measurements in centimetres or another sizing system.
Reading Glasses & Eyewear
Eyewear sizing works differently from clothing sizing.

Choosing Reading Power
Reading-glass strength is not the same as a clothing size.

Some KRISHNEXA products may be described as One Size or Free Size.
This does not necessarily mean that the product will fit every person.
